Post Consumer Waste

Garbage that people routinely discard in dumps, waste receptacles, incinerators, drains or gutters. Post-consumer waste is a by-product of human consumption as opposed to pre-consumer waste which is a by-product of manufacturing processes. Traditional recycling is meant for handling post-consumer waste.
