		<description>Megan... Great article!  I love the idea of an oasis in the middle of the city.  With all the pressures on us today and the accelerated pace of our lives, i.e. emails, blogs, smart phones and targeted television it is great to know that some our elected officials under the guidance of their constituents are giving us a chance to think green and take the time to smell the roses, coffee and chocolate.  Thanks for the information.
